Telge Energi faced a challenge in converting new customers through their digital sales flow. Customers found it difficult to locate essential information on the website, and there was a lack of transparency in pricing and contract options. Additionally, the website did not support the sales of B2B products, hardware and energy production solutions in its current state.

About the project

The objective was to develop a sales flow that would be educational, guiding, accessible, and scalable for future products. Deloitte Digital were brought in to assist with this transformation. Our contributions included research, ideation workshops, requirements gathering, user experience design, visual design, and project management.

My role

Led UI design in collaboration with UX leads, collaborating with developers, product owners and senior stakeholders to deliver the revamped digital sales process that resulted in a more user-friendly experience, improved transparency, and a foundation for future scalability.
