The objective was to develop a sales flow that would be educational, guiding, accessible, and scalable for future products. Deloitte Digital were brought in to assist with this transformation. Our contributions included research, ideation workshops, requirements gathering, user experience design, visual design, and project management.
Led UI design in collaboration with UX leads, collaborating with developers, product owners and senior stakeholders to deliver the revamped digital sales process that resulted in a more user-friendly experience, improved transparency, and a foundation for future scalability.

Product configurator: Enhanced product selection and customisation process.
Sales flow: Streamlined and intuitive user journey.
Product cards: Improved price transparency and options for all offerings, including contracts, hardware, and services.
