Underwriting Workbench enables collaboration through integrated communication and audit trails, and provides analytics and reporting at underwriter, account, and portfolio levels to optimise performance and decision-making.
My role
Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of three product designers while collaborating closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure all design concepts align with the brand vision and proposition. Partnered with the global product team to translate complex business requirements into seamless user experiences, delivering on project objectives through research, analysis, feature design, and validation from concept to launch.

Decision support with similar cases, broker history, and market trends.
Multi-factor risk evaluation with automated decision insights.
