Deloitte developed a platform called OneView that addresses the insurance industry’s complex product governance challenges by standardising, centralising, and streamlining compliance processes. OneView enables insurers and brokers to automate annual product reviews, reduce manual data exchange, ensure FCA compliance, and improve efficiency in managing insurer-broker relationships.

About the project
Product governance for firms in the UK general insurance market is exceptionally challenging. The sheer volume of products requiring regular reviews demands significant resources from all firms in the market. OneView platform addresses these challenges by focusing on Client Solution, composed of two applications: Product Governance and Third Party Oversight.
Product Governance
A robust framework for managing the complete product lifecycle, ensuring ongoing compliance through regular risk assessments and reviews.
Third-party oversight
Centralised platform for third-party vendor management, streamlining audits, communication, and document control to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
My role
Led UI design in collaboration with UX lead and researchers, partnering with developers and product owners to ensure alignment with business goals. Delivered feasible designs with the international product team, culminating in an interactive proof-of-concept prototype.
